Clenbuterol
Formulation: Each tablet comprises: Clenbuterol Hydrochloride BP 40 mcg

Indication: Designed to elevate the rate of protein synthesis in muscle tissue and enhance the protein-to-fat ratio in humans.

Contraindication: Not recommended for children or geriatric patients. Individuals diagnosed with cardiovascular problems, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, those concurrently using other CNS stimulants, adrenergic, or hypertensive agents, and individuals with hypersensitivity to Clenbuterol or other ingredients, as well as those with a history of GI bleeding, ulceration of the stomach, or gastritis.
Use in pregnancy: Although animal experiments show no teratogenic effects, Clenbuterol should be avoided during the 1st trimester due to its labor-inhibiting action and should not be taken shortly before childbirth.

Adverse Reactions: Central Nervous System (CNS): Nervousness, tremors, ataxia, dizziness, restlessness, agitation, anxiety, insomnia, and headache. Cardiovascular: Palpitations, tachycardia, hypertension, angina, ventricular extrasystole, myocardial infarction. Metabolic: Increased basal temperature/pyrexia, diaphoresis, and electrolyte disturbances; elevated serum CK; thrombocytopenia, hypoglycemia, rarely thyrotoxicosis. Respiratory: Paradoxical bronchial spasm. Other: Urticaria, facial edema, cramping, relaxation of the uterine lining, gastric irritation, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, constipation, cough, local irritation, difficulty in urination, urinary retention, and hypersensitivity reactions.

Dosages: 20-40 mcg twice daily
Overdosage: Symptoms may include tremors of the fingers, significant sweating, headache, and tachycardia. Severe cases can lead to collapse, seizures, coma, and death. In case of overdose, discontinue Clenbuterol use. Perform stomach lavage with activated charcoal, forced diuresis, and provide symptomatic therapy.

Storage instruction: Store Clenbuterol at a controlled room temperature below 30°C, protected from light.
